Effective Leaders are not managers. Their key function is to establish the basic vision, the purpose or mission of the organization. It is the Leader’s role to implement the overall strategy to achieve the set goals.

While the distinction between management and leadership can often get a trifle blurry, it is important that we can clearly define the functions and styles of true leadership.
